Starter II

It has been available to residents since July 2017.

When building STARTER II, we maintained architectural consistency with the existing STARTER I building, but at the same time we used even more modern and uncompromising solutions.

The 9-story building has 175 temporary residential units ranging in size from 13 to 37 m². All of them have been finished to a high standard with high-quality materials and comprehensively equipped with modern household appliances and audio/video equipment, as well as custom-made furniture according to the unique ideas of our designers.

To keep themselves entertained, STARTER residents don’t even have to leave the building. All they have to do is go down to one of the restaurants on the ground floor offering international cuisine and meet their friends for a tasty lunch and good coffee, or go up to the 7th floor to catch some rays on the beautiful terrace with a panoramic view of the city. Starter is not only about design, comfort, and a healthy lifestyle, but also about ecology. Starter keeps up with the latest trends and allows residents to live in harmony with the environment. A modern bicycle storage room has been created for fans of two wheels.

To meet the needs of STARTER’s motorized residents, we have built a multi-space underground garage. The building features quiet elevators, air conditioning, and surveillance, while 24-hour security and a reception desk ensure the safety and comfort of residents.
