was the first investment in Poland to offer turnkey temporary accommodation ranging in size from 12m² to 27m².
The project was carried out by Dolnośląskie Inwestycje S.A. and involved the reconstruction and modernization of the former Hotel Asystenta, which took over a year. The building was designed and constructed in the 1960s. For many years, it was home to employees and doctoral students of the University of Wrocław. The design for the reconstruction and extension of STARTER was prepared by the studio AP SZCZEPANIAK. After completion of all the work, the building of European standard, previously reserved exclusively for apartment buildings, was handed over to the clients.
