Starter I

was the first investment in Poland to offer turnkey temporary accommodation ranging in size from 12m² to 27m².

The project was carried out by Dolnośląskie Inwestycje S.A. and involved the reconstruction and modernization of the former Hotel Asystenta, which took over a year. The building was designed and constructed in the 1960s. For many years, it was home to employees and doctoral students of the University of Wrocław. The design for the reconstruction and extension of STARTER was prepared by the studio AP SZCZEPANIAK. After completion of all the work, the building of European standard, previously reserved exclusively for apartment buildings, was handed over to the clients.

The building houses 149 premises. All of them have been finished to a high standard with high-quality materials and comprehensively equipped with modern household appliances and audio/video equipment, as well as custom-made furniture according to the unique ideas of our designers.

STARTER I has energy-efficient lighting in common areas, is fully monitored and protected, and the safety and comfort of residents is ensured by 24-hour security and reception. Each unit comes equipped with individually controlled air conditioning, broadband Internet, and television. There is a self-service laundry room on the -1 floor.
