Dolnośląskie Inwestycje S.A. was established to build modern collective housing facilities dedicated to students and academic staff of universities.

Wrocław’s STARTER was inspired by the British model of compact Student Castle apartments in Manchester. In those dormitories, young people actively spend their time working out in the gym, using the club café, and relaxing in their multifunctional micro-apartments. Micro-apartments are becoming increasingly popular in China and the USA, among other places! STARTER is a convenient solution for students and young people entering adult life.

Between 2013 and 2020, we completed three projects in the most attractive locations in Wrocław, close to the city’s universities.

Starter’s completed projects include turnkey premises designed for students, university staff, and young people entering adult life.

STARTER 1 has 149 units that are currently leased.
STARTER 2 has 175 units that are currently leased.
STARTER 3 has 255 units that are currently leased.

All STARTER properties are fully monitored and protected. A receptionist greets us with a smile at the entrance. Quiet and fast elevators take us to the floor where we use a magnetic card to access a specific apartment. Energy-efficient LED lighting in common areas and low-noise mechanical ventilation are further important advantages of the STARTER standard. Each apartment is equipped with individually controlled air conditioning. STARTER is a multifunctional complex offering, in addition to temporary accommodation, a multi-space underground garage and commercial premises located on the ground floor. STARTER also features broadband Internet, digital television, and a self-service laundry room.

DESIGN

The residents of Starter are primarily young people – students and graduates entering adulthood – and it is for them that we have designed the interiors of our premises.

Clever solutions

Thanks to clever solutions and the wise use of every centimeter, we have managed to create cozy apartments where you can comfortably relax, study, and work.

Custom-made furniture

All rooms will feature high-quality, custom-made convertible furniture, including raised beds with built-in wardrobes or desks on a platform with a pull-out bed underneath. Thanks to these solutions, every centimeter of space has been wisely utilized.

Functionality and design

The innovative solutions we have used in the interiors of Starter visually enlarge the space. The carefully selected colors, patterns, and materials give the interiors a lightness and enliven them. Thanks to the ideas of our designers, one space serves many functions. Starter proves that functionality can go hand in hand with good design.
