The investment will be environmentally friendly and comply with the principles of biophilia, which means that many new trees and shrubs will be planted on the site, enriching the area with greenery. New reservoirs/pool basins will also be built, which, in addition to their landscape value, will serve as small retention facilities. Four elevators will be installed, running from the garage level to the second floor. The slope, which served as a viewing platform when the swimming pools were in operation, will be restored. The slope will serve as a leisure and recreation area.
The building will feature publicly accessible areas for studying, working, and integrating students and other users of the premises. The commercial premises located on the ground floor will be used to complement the sports infrastructure located on the AWF (University of Physical Education) campus. We plan to launch physical therapy, wellness, fitness, and other similar services.
There will also be two restaurants available to all residents and tourists visiting Wrocław. The building will have three above-ground floors and one underground floor, which will house, among other things, bicycle storage rooms, a self-service laundry, and a garage.
The premises in the buildings we construct are offered for rent primarily to students and academic staff of universities.
All premises will be completed to a turnkey standard.
