The property is located in the immediate vicinity of the WROCLAVIA shopping mall. Within a radius of several hundred meters, there are: the Main Railway Station, Bus Station, Wrocław Aquapark, Sky Tower, as well as many new office buildings and other shopping centers. A tremendous asset of this location is the short walking distance to the University of Economics and the University Clinical Hospital, along with the pharmacy department of the Wrocław Medical University, as well as the Old Town Market Square located a short distance away.

When building STARTER III, we maintained architectural and functional consistency with the existing STARTER buildings, but at the same time we used even more modern and uncompromising solutions. The 6-story building has 255 temporary residential units ranging in size from 12 to 40 m². As in previous projects, all our units have been finished to a high standard with high-quality materials and comprehensively equipped with modern household appliances and audio/video equipment, as well as custom-made furniture designed by our designers.

The ground floor of the building houses a zone of commercial premises and restaurants. In the basement, we have built a multi-space underground garage. The building features quiet elevators, air conditioning, and surveillance, while 24-hour security and a reception desk ensure the safety and comfort of residents.
