2. Providing data is voluntary. This is particularly the case when you provide us with data and at the same time consent to its processing. However, if we need your data in order to conclude and perform a contract, failure to provide it may result in the inability to conclude an agreement/contract. This applies in particular to contracts related to the purchase of real estate—reservation, development, preliminary, or real estate sale contracts, as well as all types of lease contracts.

Your personal data will be transferred to other entities for the purpose of performing activities related to the provision of services by us, such as special purpose vehicles carrying out investments in the construction of a given property subject to sale, providers of services performed under your assignment, housing communities, companies providing sales support services, office and accounting services, IT, design, construction, notarial, advisory services, in particular in the field of legal or financial services, supporting the marketing of the controller’s products and services.
4. As the Controller of your data, we guarantee you the right to access your data, and you may also correct it, request its removal, or limit its processing. You may also exercise your right to object to the Controller regarding the processing of your data and your right to transfer your data to another data controller. If you have given your voluntary consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your data at any time, which does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal. We also inform you that you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority for compliance with personal data protection regulations (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, Warsaw).
