The new investment will be implemented at the intersection of Borowska, Gliniana and Dyrekcyjna streets on the plot, which Dolnośląskie Inwestycje SA Micro apartments SKA acquired from the Municipality of Wrocław as a result of winning a tender procedure.

The property is located in the immediate vicinity of the new shopping centre WROCLAWIA and the new bus station. Within a few hundred meters away there are the Main Railway Station, Wroclaw Aquapark, Sky Tower, many new office buildings and other shopping centers. A great advantage of this location is the University of Economics, located within a walking distance, with several thousand students who are potential tenants of micro apartments in the new STARTER III. The proximity of the University Clinical Hospital along with the Faculty of Pharmacy, and the Old Town Square located in a short distance are just some of the additional benefits which make the location of our property even more unique.

STARTER III consists of 255 new micro apartments located on 6 floors, approx. 1000 m2 of surface allocated for service premises of different purpose, situated on the ground floor of the building, and a one-storey underground garage.

According to our strategy, as in the case of previous investments, STARTER III will include modern turnkey micro apartments. Apart from standard micro apartments, the new investment will also consist of some larger premises with the option of their internal division. In STARTER III we also anticipate to add many complementary accompanying functions to the service part.

In the adopted investment schedule we assume that obtaining of construction permit will take place in the 3rd quarter of 2017. At this time we also expect the works concerning plot infrastructure to be implemented, and the beginning of proper construction works is planned for the 4th quarter of this year. Completion of the investment and commissioning will take place in the first quarter of 2020.

As in the previous investments, we give you the opportunity to sign a Rental Agreement with guaranteed rent of 7% per annum.
